How do review requests work on Pro+?

Import your customer list and Leava sends a branded email request linking to your review page. It's a single, even-handed ask per campaign — no SMS, and every email includes a working unsubscribe.

Do you offer annual billing?

Monthly is the default so you are never locked in. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap for owners who want it.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

You can stay on Pro+, or do nothing and drop back to the Free plan. Your review page stays live either way.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation notice period. Cancel in a click and you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Are there per-location fees?

No. Unlike Birdeye and Podium, Leava is a flat monthly price. Your bill does not multiply when you add a location.
